Henlein processes apps as they are received. Reserves last the entire app cycle and only guarantee that we will wait till your application is placed before we review any other for the same character. In the case of multiple apps for the same character, the app deemed to be the best will win the spot regardless of reserve.

Only one reserve allowed per mun.
